If you are going to be living abroad for a few years but do not want to sell your home or you have a second home that you would like to rent out, you can trust the Stoit Groep to make sure it gets done and done right.
What kinds of homes are suitable for rental?
We maintain high quality standards. As part of this policy, the majority of homes that we rent out are in the middle and upper segments. You can rent out your home either fully furnished or semi-furnished. Most important is that the residence is suitable for our target group. Most of our renters are expats who are working temporarily at a multinational in the Netherlands. The location and condition of the home play a significant role in their choice of rental.
People who wish to rent through the Stoit Groep need to submit proof of identity. They are also required to prove they have enough financial means to pay the monthly rental amount. To ensure this, they must submit an employment contract. If there are any doubts, we can always carry out a credit check or request references from previous landlords.
If the residence is rented on behalf of a company, we request an extract from the Chamber of Commerce that is no older than 6 months. In this case, the rental agreement must be signed by an authorised signatory.
